Impossible to get out of 3k ? (Premier mode)

I'd say I'm an average skilled player that should sit at around 5k, however I've been stuck in the 3000s because everyone at this level is highly toxic. We should have a trust factor like in CSGO because it's unplayable, as soon as I mic up I'm being called ethnic slurs and the whole team starts to troll.
