How to get rid of Epididymitis.
I’ve received multiple messages to clarify on my post previously, so decided to make a new one.
A couple of years ago, I started experiencing sharp pain after a routine act of masturbation. At first, I thought it was just a temporary discomfort. However, the pain quickly escalated, making it impossible to ignore and constantly weighing on my mind.
I decided to seek help from my GP, but the experience was far from reassuring. Describing such private symptoms was uncomfortable, and the hurried nature of the consultations made me feel dismissed. After enduring ongoing pain, I was eventually referred for an ultrasound, but even getting that appointment involved a lengthy wait, prolonging my discomfort and anxiety.
When the ultrasound results finally came through, they showed swelling of the epididymis, a hydrocele, and an epididymal cyst. Despite these clear findings, the solution remained unchanged: another round of antibiotics. After about four or five ineffective treatments, which seemed to aggravate my condition rather than help, I decided it was time to take control of my health.
Motivated by frustration and a desire for relief, I delved into researching alternative treatments. I discovered specific herbs and a syrup aimed at reducing inflammation and the persistent achiness. I consulted a private doctor who recommended these supplements, and they made a real difference. It was almost unbelievable when a follow-up ultrasound showed everything had returned to normal, highlighting the shortcomings of my previous medical advice.
Based on my experiences, here are some crucial recommendations:
- Absolutely avoid masturbation: If you're experiencing symptoms like mine, it is critical to abstain until you are fully healed, or you will pro long the recovery phase
- Rigorously manage your diet: Focus intensely on anti-inflammatory foods.
- Be skeptical about excessive antibiotics: If there's no improvement after several courses, the real issue might be your pelvic floor muscles, not an infection—a crucial insight that took me over a year to identify.
Due to Reddit’s guidelines, I can't share direct links here (I’ve recieved a warning on sharing purchase links?) (New to Reddit), but if you’re interested in doing your own research or if you would like to hear my recommendations and the ones I used I’ll be happy to share it, as this conditions is a shit show, but do not repeat the mistakes I did for 1.2 years….
