Muay thai visa

I’m in chiang mai with a 3 months tourist visa and i want to extend it to a long term visa. I want to apply for a muay thai visa. But im afraid i’ll have to pay money for simple things i can do to minimize the cost because ive paid 3500 baht just to get a driver’s license and posted it here and found out here it only took about 500 baht to do it myself.So please let me know how to get a Muay Thai visa without paying any extra expenses . Coz i wont be going there anyway and i just want a long term visa. Thank you.
