Seeking advice.. really struggling a lot

How do u accept the fact that they never loved u? I know if a person cheats it means they never loved u..how do u get over the betrayal tht they never loved u? He was too good to be true..was always there when i needed him the most.. everything a woman can expect from a man..bt still he was manipulating me.. cheating right from the beginning of the relationship with his ex with whom he was sleeping..the ex about whom he said a lot of shitty things..one day before the breakup i never knew she was with him..how do I get over all these? I know he did dirty to me..bt a stupid part of me still thinks tht he really loved me.. because everything felt so real
