I genuinely think my cat is healing me

I had two cats, recently got a kitten bc he was abandoned on the road a few months ago so now I have three. Now that we’re in a routine, everyone has gotten used to each other and the kitten has a personality I think he is actually healing my depression, winter blues, and overall making me a better person.
