Can the JD be submitted in a separate document apart from the experience letter?

I have a reference letter from a previous job in the format laid out by IRCC. I got this letter in January 2024 when I was still working at the company.

The next month I resigned and after exiting I was issued an experience letter that just mentions my role and tenure, no job description.

My question is can I submit both these documents instead of getting a new single document made with all of the information?

Reason being it might be a hassle now to get this since it's been one year since I left and the HR is not replying.

In summary, can I submit two separate documents both on company letter head. One in the required format from when I was working at the company and the other being my experience letter that mentions only my role and tenure dates which I got after my last working day.
