How were the Apollo kids claimed? [toa]

Ok so Apollo was turned into a mortal then he gets to camp, he does the quests and stuff and in the last toa book there are 3 more apollo kids but my question is how were they claimed if apollo was on earth or in middle of fighting for his life with meg? My theory is like when you write an email you can put a setting to send in in a few hours so Apollo did something like that. or artemis claimed his kids for him. The likeliest possibility is probably apollo told the satyrs where to find his kids like hermes did at the end of TLO
