What figure does this integral triple integral describes
Hello. I have been given the following integral to convert to spherical coordinates, and I would like to know what figure this represents and how to find the phi angle. I have found that 0<r<2, 0<𝜃<2𝜋, but I don't understand how to determine phi. Also, I think this region describes a cone with a sphere on top, but my teacher says it is a sphere. The spherical conversion is (see the blue integrals below).
Could you help me better understand this?
