Roast beef sandwich???

I'm looking for the best roast beef sandwich in Burlington. I'm talking about an onion roll, pile of beef, maybe some good sauces. Not Arby's. More like Lion's Choice iykyk. Thanks! And pls not Union Jack's because they microwave the cheese.
