want to upgrade from i7-4790k to i5-13600k for Photoshop and FL studio - what can I expect?

So I'm planning on upgrading my system by buying a new CPU. I've had this i7-4790K processor since 2015. I've been laying my eyes on a i5-13600k, with hopes it will make things such as photoshop and FL studio go much smoother. It's not too terrible to begin with, though, but things can get laggy when I create too heavy or in-depth projects in either programs.

In photoshop, I work a lot with .CR3 images in Adobe Camera Raw and doing a lot of masking, painting, very in-depth editing with lots of layers and things.

In FL Studio, I use a lot of virtual instruments, lots and lots of things going on. Things tend to get more messy with FL than with Photoshop. But nowadays photoshop get's very laggy and slow, too.

What can I realistictly expect from going from a i7-4790k to a i5-13600k? Will it be just a slight boost, or can I expect more? What can I expect?

All I want is for things to run more smoothly, having the feeling that my system can easily handle somewhat heavy editing or music production.
