Application issues

I am currently attending a 12 year old program, which i have ticked in the application site however even then, i still get the tasked titled "Diploma awarded after 11 year of studies" even though i did not do such a diploma and did not put down anywhere that I did. This task requires me to insert documents which I, of course, do not possess and can therefore not send the application. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? Anyone with the same problem?
