Fanmade Transformers mini series project

Hi, I'm seeking someone who can model and animate Transformers, backgrounds, well, pretty much everything.

Here's my idea : Make a transformers mini series about two certain characters from revenge of the fallen (Transformers ROTF) I want to give them justice by directing a fanfilm about them to try and make people understand that they went too far.

I'm still coming up with ideas.

My budget for one episode is 400-600 $ canadian. Because each episode will be 3-5 minutes long.

This will not be a live action series. But rather, a fully animated 3D series. Everything will be mid poly. Not too detailed or not enough detailed.
