Prepping an electric griddle
So my wife and I received a 22” electric blackstone as a wedding gift. Was pretty excited for it until I started reading some things about it not getting hot enough. I’m already a little hesitant to use non-stick so that’s concerning also.
All in all, I think we’re stuck with it. I was watching blackstone’s video where she was prepping the skillet with the grill block/conditioner/onions. My question is, should I still prep the top the same way? Couldn’t find much when trying to research it. I assume I should not due to the nonstick surface but any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
