Can you quickscope?

Is it possible to quickscope in this game? I've don't it in other cods but this one feels way different. Besides the terrible net code making me feel 1 sec behind everyone else the sniper feels like an lmg when I ADS. Does any experienced quickscopers give advice or some class setup to help.with this?
