I think about this every time I hear someone moving abroad.

I’m willing to bet only about 10% of Americans that move to Africa (or any other non-western country) will make it a long term thing.

Haven’t spent time in Ghana fr, but South Africa and Zimbabwe would send most Americans running back.

Cape Town is supposed to be the “most advanced city” on the continent (debatable, highly) and we’d be out of power for 8-12 hours a day😂
