Joint pain when stopping birth control ???

I stopped birth control about 1 month ago to help with my anxiety and wanted a break since I’ve been taking it since 13-15 (I’m now 22) I’m having joint pain in my knees and elbows and muscle cramps. Some days r worse than others, has anyone else dealt with this ?? I feel like I can’t find any info linking the joint pain specifically to stopping bc. Just pain when starting or menopause symptoms. I’ve also had increased anxiety, brain fog, weight gain/bloating, nausea, and cramps/spasms.
