Should I tell my diagnosis during interview?

I have an interview coming up and I'm not sure if I should tell my new employer about my diagnosis. My last job didn't know and I got fired for not being productive enough. I'm doing pretty well now, but I don't want to mess up my chances of getting hired by telling them and I also don't want to risk them finding out later and it becoming a problem. What do you think?
