Best underwear EU? Please

I am looking for the best underwear that is affordable and comfortable.

I have tried Obviously primeman and the fabric is comfortable but the pouch is too small

Requirements :

Pouch to fit 5 inch flaccid

Comfy material like primeman

7 inch inseam [I'm a big boy and a cold boy]

Moisture wicking [I chafe]

Available for me in Ireland

Edit : doesn't have to be pouch only, I just want solid good boxer briefs, currently eyeing up karatao or something like that underwear recommended by someone on another post i made
