What's wrong with my machine?

Hi all, first apologies for the dirty machine, didn't realize how dirty it was until I took the video! 😭

Onto the issues I'm facing 1. The double espresso button does not work 2. Machine is louder than usual 3. The flow is very heavy 4. The volume of coffee for a single pull is a lot 5. The basket is super wet

What an I doing wrong? Please help me go back to brewing lovely cuppas!
