Does anyone know much about these paper milkshake cups?

I grew up in NSW and these were the main cup used. Moved to Vic and never saw em so I forgot about them. But trips up to visit family and they pop up again and I'm smacked with nostalgia.

Are they just in small towns in NSW? All over NSW?

Where do they come from? Are they only a few decades old?

Is it a specific magical brand or is the image used elsewhere?

Can I somehow get my hands on a reusable, keep cup type version?
