New Year’s Day Brunch?

I’ve been searching for a NYD brunch place. Preferably a kinda nice a la carte buffet with carving stations, omelet makers, etc., but really anything on the higher end would be great.

My search online has yielded events like this from other years but post covid I’m struggling to find a place that’s currently open and doing something on the day, not the Eve.
