Is Ac Evo bad?

Hi i was originally planning to buy ac evo then Tokyo Xtreme racer came out. So idk which ones are really better cause i went to youtube and its mixed if people like it or not. On the other hand Tokyo Xtreme Racer only has positive reviews. So i wanted to hear your opinion,is it good? Is it bad? Edit: i bought ac evo also i was asking if assetto corsa is bad not that im comparing it with txr im was saying is it bad?
