Medications other than typical anti-androgens that prevent erections?

Erections make me really dysphoric. My t has been tanked for over 2 years but I still have full function... so I was wondering if there's any medications (long term or temporary) that could address this. I fully intend on having this discussion with my doctor, but I recognize that it's not a very common question and wanted to go in somewhat informed.
