Would moving from the US to Paraguay be a good idea??

For context, i am 27m born and raised in the US.. I don't know any Spanish but definitely willing to learn.. ready for some change in life and heavily considering moving outside of the country.. after doing research, Paraguay seems like a good option in terms of getting residency and citizenship.. any input??
