Weird situationship or crush thing?

Earlier this month, I (25M) met this dude (32M) who was on a work trip for the weekend. He's from a different country and I thought he wanted to just hook up for the night. We actually ended up spending the whole weekend together and I kinda fell for him hard.

I wasn't sure how he felt about me and with the distance between us, I thought to leave it as a short fling. But since I had feelings for him, I tried to keep in contact with him.

For the first week or so, we were texting back and forth everyday. I noticed that he was growing colder, and I was trying to distance myself too.

While trying to talk to other guys to take my mind off, I noticed that his profile was inactive. Then a couple of days later, I noticed he was active and that somehow broke my heart (I know I'm a hypocrite). Now, I see that he even changed his profile picture to a body picture, when he didn't even have one before.

I really don't know what to do because I don't want to just block him and leave it without any closure. I feel like I should communicate my feelings to him even if it's not reciprocated but I'm not sure if that's my place to do so. What should I do?
