“At cost” price?

Hi! Looking for some basic info before I start making calls. I live in PA. My husband works at the corporate office for a family of dealerships. They have a Honda dealership in Florida, but none close to us. I’m looking for an Odyssey. My husband’s job offers employees and their immediate family a purchase program “at cost” plus $600 and interest free financing. Is there a way to find out ahead of time what “at cost” might be for an Odyssey? If it’s cheap enough, we’ll buy the car in Florida and pay to have it shipped home to us. Calling dealerships, even ones my husband works for, makes me nervous. Do we think they’ll just give me the employee purchase price over the phone so I know what I’m dealing with? Or will they only do a deal like that in person? Thank you ☺️
