Can't read partition table

I used a USB drive as my Arch install media. This drive has worked to install like 3 distros before, including Arch. Twice! I don't have a problem with Arch. It installed fine, but now, when I open Nautilus, no drive. lsblk used to work until after a dd command it started to not display the partitions, not even /dev/sda1. I have no clue why. As I mentioned earlier, this was used as an install media multiple times and wiped each time. There is nothing important on the drive. I just want to know if it's recoverable. I'm fine with buying a new one but I am honestly just curious as to what happened after all this time.
I used a Kingston Data Traveler 2000 with 16GB of storage. lsblk says it has 14. I ignored it.
I used Rufus to install Arch (and every other distro).
I haven't touched it in a while.

Sorry if the question flair breaks any rules, just didn't know what to use.
