Question about dismissing notifications : why won’t the preview go away after looking at it?

Hello everyone just got a an AWU and I’m loving it.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a setting that dismisses the notification or returns the watch to its face or if in a workout the workout page without having to touch the watch.

Here is my use case:

  1. Doing a work out
  2. Receive a text or a news alert
  3. Look at the watch and see the preview

Problem Watch then gets stuck on the preview of that notification. I can put the wrist down , wait for time to pass and when I look back , still on preview of that notification
