Did they get rid of abandon penalty in ranked ?

I don't know if it's a bug but since last week everytime i quit a ranked game i get absolutely no abandon penalty timer nor RP losses (if i was in positive they give me the exact points i had during the game).

Am i the only one to experience this ? Not gonna say i'm angry about it though.
