Dire need of a good anime

i really want a good anime not like the ones that are shitty and popular
i have watched psyc thrillers like sonnyboy paprika and perfect blue (loved the hazey style in that)
likewise i have watched hellsing (kinda shit bcz of the standalone episodes and alucard being too op)
