APP2 case stuck at 1% and not charging airpods
i’m quite new to airpods and i bought these just 6 days ago from an authorised seller. i was concerned because the battery drainage is quite fast for the case (i can only fully charge my airpods twice or thrice before having to charge the case).
i reset my airpods last night but it seems like the issue persists. the airpods are said to be charging and they do charge as i saw them go up to 78% earlier, but just leaving the case open for a few minutes made my airpods (not the case) drop to 74% as shown above.
are the airpods case supposed to go to 1% as the minimum battery percentage instead of 0%? i’m confused. and why is it that my case drains a lot of battery as i charge my APP2? i thought apple advertised it to have 30 hours of battery life with case (4 charges)?
