An interactive imposter syndrome thread
We all feel imposter syndrome from time to time. So I thought it might be fun to remind ourselves that we are real and valid with a little fill-in-the-blank.
Your answer can be funny. It can be a memory. It can be serious, or a constant struggle, or something you come up with on the fly. Anything goes:
“Sometimes I think I don’t really have ADHD, but then _____.”
My examples:
“Sometimes I think I don’t really have ADHD, but then I try to meditate.”
“Sometimes I think I don’t really have ADHD, but then I remember how torturous it feels to walk or eat slowly.”
