Options for someone looking to conceive?! Am I infertile because of this?

I was just diagnosed with pretty severe adenomyosis. I am heartbroken and feeling so hopeless - the pain and discomfort get worse every passing week.

However, I want nothing more than to be a mom. Like it is my purpose and all I want. So I obviously can't get a hysterectomy.

Did anyone have a healthy pregnancy despite adenomyosis?! Are my chances like...zero?

What are my options to improve it, if I don't want a hysterectomy (yet)?!
