Euphoria casting on actors access?

From the writer/producers info on the "LA Nights" breakdown, it's very clearly Euphoria. Curious to know why they would put such a huge show out on actors access when most of the roles are not looking for a very specific type. I'm very interested to know if anyone unrepped actually gets an audition request for it.
