URGENT! multiple small small pimples/whiteheads/pustules on face after waxing!!!!

i got my face waxed yesterday and iced it and applied aloevera right after. it seemed fine for some time but after a while, my whole face got red and i saw MULTIPLE PUS FILLED SMALL PIMPLES/WHITEHEADS/PUSTULES around my lips and jaw and cheeks. i get the same kind of reaction after i apply niacinamide too.

why do i get them? how do i treat them? idk what to do im desperate for help!
