Bf leaves dirty tissues on bed

Why do I crawl into bed every day and find a dirty cum stained crusty tissue on the bed. I’m so fed up. What would you do?!? I’m thinking about collecting them all in a bag and then at the end of the month dumping all of them on his pillow for him to find before he goes to bed.
