High packet loss

Two days ago I was playing hell let loose and noticed that I was lagging a lot and just thought maybe it was because of the server region, so i stopped playing and hopped on siege and noticed i was still lagging terribly, I restarted the router, restarted my xbox and its still terrible, my brothers also game and they dont have any issues at all, so its just me, could it be my console? if so how do i fix it. Please help
