1 month progress. Is what I'm doing working?
It's hard to see results in yourself, so I'm turning to Reddit's opinion. Picture of the left is January 31st, picture on the right is February 28. Do you see progress?
Weight has stayed the same in the last month (190lb on left, 191.2lb on right). I weight myself as soon as I wake up every morning and keep track on Cronometer plus a TDEE excel spreadsheet. I weigh and track everything I eat, and I'm eating 1680 calories per day on average (150g protein, 45-50g fat, rest carbs). I do an hour of cardio every morning (stationary bike) and weightlifting 4x per week (upper lower).
I've got a long ways to go. I'm hoping to cut until June/July. I'd like to drop below 20% bf and get thick legs for the summer.
