Why aren’t I losing weight?

Hi. I’m finding it very difficult to lose weight at the moment and need some advice.

I (17F) have been doing a calorie deficit for the past 2 months and have lost little to no weight. I started at 113Kgs and am currently at 111kgs. I’m 167cm tall so i’d definitely describe myself as fat, I won’t sugarcoat it.

My calorie budget is 1664cal per day which according to my app should be helping me lose 0.7 kgs a week. I think this may not be working because of the medication i’m on (20mg Fluoxetine) but my friend mentioned it could be hormonal, my dad just thinks i’m not tracking my calories well.

I don’t work out tons but i try to get in 1 or 2 workouts a week plus I walk 6-10k steps everyday.

I’m curious to see what could be causing my weight loss issues, I eat really healthy, rarely snack and have very little sugar daily so i think my diet is good. Please let me know what you guys think, be honest. I’d rather honesty than blind support.
