Employment

I REALLY want to work for Wawa, think it would be a cool part-time job PLUS the nearest store is within less than a 6 minute walk. Here's my problem - I haven't created a resume in over 30 years and apparently I need to have one to apply for a career/job. Curious, how easy is it to get accepted for employment?
