Problem with UI on weapon specs

I was wondering if anybody has a solution to a peculiar yet rather irritating bug I'm having with the UI on weapon spec menus. As you can see from the video when I select a specific weapon (aim 120 for example) it brings up the spec list on the right hand side. The problem I'm facing is I am unable to scroll down this list to see individual weapon specs. For reference I am on PS5 and use my right stick to scroll menus. I have tired moving the cursor over to the spec list in hoping my right stick control would let me scroll up and down the spec list but as you can tell from the video any attempt to move the cursor anywhere other than the big menu in the middle, makes the spec list disappear.

Any help appreciated.
