What you guys opinions about base bombing? It's not a legit gameplay?

As the guy mentioned: "Bombing bases doesn't count as gameplay and therefore doesn't count towards plane evaluation", he late claimed that you should "Grind by Killing people". Ironically he died with 0 kills, while i (MiG27M) destroyed one minibase, killed 1 plane (player) and claimed 16 ground AI troops.
