Cheaters

I know snail banned cheaters....but wouldn't it be more fun to see them just deliberately troll them instead? Have their rounds bounce or have them fire nothing but confetti. Screw with their controls in both ground and air. I haven't met any cheaters but I'm pretty sure I did but didn't notice them.
