Best controllers for Xbox

I’m playing on a controller and I’m trying not to get good at air but this games controls are ass, anyone got a link to a video that’ll help set up controls specifically for planes, one of my big issues is I can’t change from pointer aim to other modes at will as the other modes have like no bindings
