Warthunder using 0.1% of my GPU?

For some reason Warthunder is only using 0.1% of my GPU. I still get 100+ FPS in SIM and 140+ FPS in Ground RB with max settings and quality DLSS. I have a RTX 2070 and the graphics drivers are up to date. Any Ideas why?
