Do Tennocon exclusive cosmetics ever come back?
I love this backpack, but paying real money (like 100$ in my currency) was a bit much back when they announced it. Can i ever get this backpack? Will i ever be able to acquire any of the previous tennocon cosmetics? Does normal baro bring them? Does the tennocon relay baro bring them? Can i buy it using plat?
