ideas for high protein volume eating?

i notice that nutritionally a lot of the foods, despite being high volume aren't as filling an hour after eating as id want it to be unless its rather high in protein. i do know that a lot of animal meats are high protein but, i am unsure of good meal ideas where they can be added to , which are genuinely high volume and filling. im not sure what i could pair it with and have it not be boring haha. any suggestions appreciated!!
