HELP!!

HELP i repotted this VFT i got from dobbies as it looked very potbound, i used the correct soil and have repotted before, but it looks really sad now is she dead? :( second picture is when i brought her, first is now, she looks sad and covered in mud and i dont know what to do!!!!!
