My (18M) girlfriend (18F) won't go down on me

I've been dating my girlfriend for 9 months and we've known each other for 10 years. I love her very much and I know she loves me very much as well. For context, I'm going into my freshman year of college and she'll be a senior in high school. I should also note that both of us are on the spectrum and have pretty intense anxiety as well, so unfamiliar situations can be pretty stressful for us.

We were both virgins when we started dating and still are- at this point we've done almost everything except have sex. I've gone down on her many times and she's given me a few handjobs. But basically, she's never gone down on me and I honestly really wish she would. I've hinted at it and even said once pretty clearly that I wanted her to but she told me she doesn't know how. I understand that she's nervous because she's never done it before, but I had never gone down on anyone before either and just read some articles on it and I was able to figure it out and get her to finish.

I really don't want her to ever do anything she's uncomfortable with. I know she's probably embarrassed and uncomfortable with the idea because she told me she doesn't know how, so I haven't brought it up again. But I do really wish she would get past the anxiety because I really want to know how it feels.
