Karcher VC 4 Cordless

The floor brush attachment recently just stopped working after 2 months of use. Flashing red light and roller not turning but main vacuum still sucking.

Karcher did try to repair it, but ended up replacing the whole head. They said to keep the filters clean (I clean them about every 5-10 mins of vacuuming since I have dogs and it fills up very quickly, I do blow out the particle filter too every time, and wash fully once a week.) Not sure how keeping the filters clean will help with keeping the motor in the floor brush turning? I also remove wound up hairs etc from the floor attachment but it does an excellent job of not getting tangled.

This seems like a motor burnout in the floor brush.

I also think it has the same tubing on the motorized head as other models which seem to be having issues. (https://www.reddit.com/r/VacuumCleaners/comments/1fkj1dv/karcher\_vc\_5\_design\_flaw/)

We'll see if it keeps working longer this time as this might be another design flaw.

Still, the Karcher is an amazing machine overall compared to the last Dyson I used, circa 2016, which had problems with hair getting tangled and an annoying/complicated filter system, not to mention an insane decibel level.
